How I Work
"Begin anywhere." – John Cage
Many people know why they're reaching out and what they're looking for, and yet it's hard to put into words. There's a whole universe inside of you. This thing is related to that thing, which comes from this other thing — and pretty soon, you've lost the thread, or you find yourself with momentum but no direction. That's perfectly natural.
When we talk, I want to understand where you actually are in this moment of your life. How do you see yourself, and who is doing the looking? What is your soul calling you toward and what voices rush in to edit? What parts of you are running the show and what are they protecting? What is stored in your body that your mind is not even aware of?
These aren't warm-up questions. They are actual work. Each person’s entry point and path looks different. Whatever your’s is, I will help you voice your deeper longings and find passage to express towards greater fulfillment in your life.

What I offer is discernment, drawing upon a range of tools and practices depending on what's needed in a given moment of your process. Here are just some examples:
Embodied imagination. A practice of using dreams, visions and imagery to uncover hidden meanings, and anchoring or re-patterning them as resources in the body.
Somatic sensing. Listening for inner sensations to release stuck points and free up energy pathways.
Chinese Polestar astrology (Zi Wei Dou Shu). A full reading of your natal chart that reveals your character (inner nature), and the opportunities you have to resolve fate (the given conditions you inherited at birth) in order to create more balance and harmony in this lifetime.
As background for the work I do, I received my coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and incorporate many practices from the Hoffman Process. I also draw upon 25+ years translating human need into design in a prior career. But none of it matters more than this: I meet you where you are, and we go from there. I shine the flashlight, you lead the way.
