Chinese Polestar astrology (Zi Wei Dou Shu) is one of the oldest ways of reading a life, and it is still strikingly precise. It shares a foundation with Taoism, Chinese medicine, Feng Shui and the I Ching. That foundation is qi— the dynamic energy animating all of life.
Your chart maps the conditions you were born into. It shows the momentum carried down through your lineage, including the gifts and the unfinished business of your ancestors. It also shows where that momentum is moving now and where it’s headed.
Timing matters. Seasons change, projects mature, relationships shift. Some moments call for bold action, others for patience. A reading offers practical guidance for working with your life instead of against it.

Fate is not destiny — a predetermined outcome or a literal prediction of what will happen to you. It’s the pull of inherited patterns that carries you along until you notice it. Character is the temperament you were born with, shaping your tendencies, fixed but not static. Timing reveals how the currents move through your life and where they’re running now. When you see all three clearly, a pause opens between stimulus and habitual response. That pause is Freedom, where conscious choice and action become possible.

Chinese astrology doesn’t hand you a fixed future. It reads the forces shaping the one you’re living. Where Western astrology tends to describe a personality, it starts from a different idea of what a person is. You are not a separate self moving through the world. You are more like a wave in the ocean — distinct, yet inseparable from the currents that carry you. Shaped by your lineage, you keep reshaping through your relationships, choices, circumstances and environment.
Your chart reveals what you’ve inherited. The 12 major stars represent the accomplished aspects of your ancestral line, which is where you have the greatest capacity to resolve Fate. Other stars carry the struggles your ancestors left unresolved. Across the 12 palaces, we see where you’re naturally supported, where things tend to pressurize, and where your openings lie.
The aim isn’t to outwit Fate but to see it clearly. Once you can perceive a pattern, you’re no longer simply carried along by it. In the Chinese view, resolving Fate in your lifetime frees your lineage seven generations in both directions.
In a reading, I offer the interpretation; you bring the meaning. Most people walk away feeling deeply seen and strangely relieved, as if they’d been handed a map, compass and weather system in one. Sometimes a new vantage point is all it takes to step out of a draining loop into something more open.

All readings begin with your natal chart — the foundation of your fate. From there, we go as deep as you'd like with as much support as you need.

This is the starting point. We begin with the core concepts of Fate, Freedom and Character as Chinese cosmology understands them. Most of the session is spent on your natal chart: your innate character and the major stars across the 12 palaces that reveal your fate.
There’s time for questions, but the session is mainly for delivering your reading. An optional 45m follow-up is available for an additional fee, scheduled whenever you’re ready.
Sessions are held on Zoom. Afterward, you’ll receive your chart and a link to the recording.

For parents who want to understand their child’s chart in relation to their own. We look at the key features of each natal chart, then at how the two charts interact.
The first session is a 110m reading, followed by a 45m session for deeper integration, scheduled whenever you choose.
The package includes both chart readings, an analysis of your parent-child dynamics, and a written summary of the central themes. You’ll receive both charts and recordings of both sessions.
Cost: $595 -
Progressions build on your natal chart by reading additional layers of time: the current year and the ten-year cycle you’re in. They help you consider what life is asking of you now as you work with your fate patterns.
This reading combines both in one session, so you can sense the currents of a single year against the larger cycle that holds them.Cost: $325
